See the Space Station....

Although the space shuttle Atlantis has returned to earth, there are several opportunities over the days ahead to see the International Space Station fly over Atlanta during the evening hours. You will be surprised how easy it is to spot as long as the skies are clear.

Just find a nice open space with as little light pollution as possible. The space station will look like a fast moving star moving across the sky (keep in mind there are no flashing lights on the space station!). The schedule of viewing opportunties is located here...

International Space Station

Happy viewing and have a great weekend!
